2008 Ford F-150

The 2008 Ford F-150 is the final year for the Eleventh (11th) generation of the classic F-150 pickup truck, beginning next year the F-150 will take on a whole new design with new performance and luxury features never before seen.

To mark the end of the 11th generation, the 2008 Ford F-150 comes with several variations to the feature-set as well as available options to potential buyers.

Available Packages:

  • Limited-Slip-Differential or Non-LSD with varying axle ratios: 3.31, 3.55, 3.73 and 4.10:1 degrees
  • Trailer Tow Package: Upgraded radiator, automatic transmission cooler and a sturdier towing frame
Larger 35.7 fuel tank in addition to the Heavy Duty Payload Package for carrying heavier loads than previously allowed

2007 Ford F-150

The 2007 Ford F-150 has gotten praise and several awards for its design and overall great ability as a performing pickup truck that has taken the country by storm over 50 years ago. The F-150 comes in all shapes and sizes with various models for this year.

The 2007 Ford F-150 engine choices include the following:

· 4.2L V-6 producing 202HP and 260FTLB of torque; EPA-estimated 16MPG city and 20MPG on the highway

· 4.6L V-8 with 231HP and 293FTLB of torque; EPA-estimated 15MPG in the city and 20MPG on the highway

· 5.4L V-8 boasting 300HP and 365FTLB of torque; EPA-estimated 15MPG in the city and 19MPG on the highway

5.4L V-8 Flex Fuel with 300HP and 365FTLB of torque that allows drivers to run alternative fuels such as E-85 Ethanol; EPA-estimated 15MPG in the city and 19MPG on the highway

2006 Ford F-150

The 2006 Ford F-150 hasn’t changed much since the previous years’ version, but it still holds onto all the great features that have afforded this pickup as one of America’s most popular and demanding pickup trucks. The newest edition to the lineup is a 5.4L Flex-Fuel V-8 which allows driver’s to run alternative fuel sources such as E-85 Ethanol.

2006 Ford F-150 Standard & Optional Features:

2005 Ford F-150

America has come to know and love the legendary pickup truck, and this year the 2005 Ford F-150 will carry on that tradition of excellent performance, style and luxury all wrapped into a great pickup truck.

The 2005 Ford F-150 comes with the option of three engines, two drivetrain options and two transmission choices. The engines offered start with the 4.2L V-6 producing 202HP and 260FTLB of torque, than moves to the 4.6L V-8 with 231HP and 293FTLB of torque and finishes with the powerful 5.4L V-8 holding 300HP and 365FTLB of torque.

Transmission choices are either a 5-speed manual transmission or the smooth 4-speed automatic transmission for easier driving and towing. Accompanying those choices are either a rear-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive platform of the driver’s choosing.
